Inspired by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Puducherry, Jayasri Priyadharshini, the founder of Urban Pots, set out to create a space where people could connect with nature in a meaningful way. The company started as a home-based studio in 2020 and expanded with a kiosk near Nilgiris on December 28, 2021. On December 28, 2022, Urban Pots proudly opened its main store at Muthumarramman Kovil Street. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a dedication to quality, Urban Pots has quickly become a beloved destination for plant enthusiasts and design aficionados alike.
